Tidepooling is all about the lowest water. Enter your next high tide and tidal range, and we'll list the best low-water windows for the next 7 days — star-rated, with the best day highlighted.
Larger range = lower, more exposed pools.
Enter your next high tide and range, then press Show 7-day windows.
For each day we find the lowest predicted low tide. The lower the low water (relative to your range), the more reef and pool is exposed — so it earns more stars. A 5-star day is a big, exposed low tide; a 2-star day barely covers the usual pools. Arrive ~1.5 h before low and leave 1.5 h after, before the incoming tide traps you.
We use the M2 lunar wave (12.42 h) scaled to your tidal range, so two low tides appear each day ~12 h 25 min apart. Exact times drift and vary by geography — confirm with the official table on the morning you go.
