This card is a personal planning aid. It does not replace official emergency services. Tell someone on land where you are going and when you expect back.
How it works

Paper beats a dead phone

Why a paper card matters

Phones die, get wet, or lose signal on a remote shore. A printed card in your pack means the people who find you — or the person meeting you — know who to call, what you planned, and what medical needs you have. Fill it in before you set off, not when something has already gone wrong.

How printing works

Press Print card and your browser print dialog opens. Only the card itself prints — the form and the rest of the page are hidden automatically. Choose A4 or Letter, portrait, and turn off headers/footers for the cleanest result.

What we store

Pressing Save on this device stores the card fields in your browser's local storage only. Nothing leaves your device and we cannot see it. Clear your browser data to erase it.

⚠️
Safety first. Tide predictions and guidance here are simplified planning aids and may differ from official sources. Always check the official local tide table, lifeguard advice and on-site signs before you go. The sea can turn quickly — if in doubt, turn back.
